WOW! That is my profound thought for the day.
We sold our house today...after a total of 7 days on the market. For a good price. We are in shock and so very excited and thankful.
Still working out the details of closing dates, etc. And we are making an offer on a new (to us) house tomorrow. Thanks for praying...we are SO excited!

Melissa, I'm sorry. I know that is hard. Last time we sold a house it took longer and I never wanted to do it again! Praying for the right buyer to find you soon.
And Ronette, don't you want to leave expensive California and come be my neighbor? I bet you could get a WHOPPER of a house in our new neighborhood...I'll fix you some sweet tea and we can watch Hudson and Betsie go crazy!
